Accommodation
We’ve negotiated a special room rate with the Park Central Hotel of $399.00 (exclusive of tax). To get the preferential rate, reservations must be made by May 5th, 2008. Please remember to quote reference “Carbon Finance Conference”.
Breakfast is not included, but coffee and pastries will be available at the conference registration and networking breakfast from 8am on June 4, 5 & 6.
As reservations are based on space available basis, please secure your room ASAP directly with Park Central at 1-800-346-1359.
Documentation
Additional sets of documentation, at £200/€290/US$350 incl. p&p, can be ordered by faxing the registration form to +44 (0)20 7251 9161 clearly marking Documentation Only at the top of the form.
Program/venue changes
Environmental Finance Conferences reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the program/venue without prior notice.
Cancellation/substitutions
All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 14 business days before the conference, a full refund, less an administration fee of 15% + VAT, will be given. Cancellations received between 10 and 14 business days before the conference will be entitled to a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the conference.
Delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the event – please notify us before the conference
