Cancellation/Substitutions

All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 14 business days before the conference, a full refund, less an administration fee of 15% + VAT, will be given. Cancellations received between 10 and 14 business days before the conference will be entitled to a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the conference.

Attendees can be substituted at any time prior to the event – please notify us beforehand.

If a registered delegate does not attend, unpaid registrations will be billed at 50% of the registration fee. The delegate will, however, be given access to all event materials.

If, owing to circumstances beyond its control, Environmental Finance Publications is obliged to cancel or postpone the conference Environmental Finance Publications will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees or their organisations.
