Pre-Course Preparation Materials: Carbon Portfolio Management Preview
(sent ahead of the event)
During the seminar participants will be asked to make investment and execution decisions for a simulated portfolio across a range of carbon market opportunities, both individually and in a group trading exercise. Each participant will begin with the same portfolio position and be given the chance to adjust their holdings in a series of rounds given an assumed sequence of market conditions revealed in successive rounds. In order to stimulate consideration of a priori positions on the various market conditions, a short descriptive summary of case materials will be sent on receipt of payment.
