The Eversheds Clean Energy and Sustainability Legal Team advises globally across all renewable energy technologies including onshore & offshore wind, solar, biomass, hydro, wave and tidal and geothermal for all market participants including utilities, banks, equity investors and independent developers.  The team:
- advises on the complete project lifecycle from consenting through to construction and equity and debt financing
- is working significantly on FIT projects and in preparation for the Green Deal in the UK
- has a specialist debt capital markets team which is focussed on the clean energy sector.
