Conference lunch:
Whilst taking place within the formal framework of the conference, an official lunch also provides the opportunity to publicise your organisation's services or products in a more congenial setting. As a sponsor of a conference lunch you are entitled to provide appropriate signage in the lunch room on the day of your sponsored lunch. The signage in the lunch room each day will be restricted to only that of the lunch sponsor for the given day. At your sponsored lunch, your company's name and logo will be prominently featured on dining tables. Your company may invite up to three additional representatives to the lunch. At your conference lunch, you will have the opportunity to give a brief talk and to distribute an item of your company's literature and gifts/giveaways at a display table.

Evening drinks reception:
The evening drink reception always provides a fantastic opportunity for networking and marks the social highlight of the conference. You will have the opportunity to give an introductory talk to introduce your company and the opportunity to distribute your company promotional literature.

Exhibition Display/Table Top:
Take an exhibition booth to promote your products and services on site (including two representatives to man the stand + attend the conference).
