Brief description of the data offering
The Ecodesk platform is customisable to your needs, to gather, verify and report the relevant source data you require. The ease of use and lack of fee for the responder, supported by our qualified Programme Mangers, means that you get the highest response rate. The average response rate is 80% complete SAQs. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to support and upskill responders, which brings higher response rates and greater accuracy. Therefore with more accurate data, you can report with confidence and make better informed ESG decisions.
Where and how do you source your data?
All the data comes from source, direct from the responders you want to gather data from. You can choose what data you need and either select the appropriate question from the 1,400 tried and tested questions in our repository, or you can write the question specifically for your SAQ. The platform is completely customisable to what data you need. We offer a Quality Assurance service to improve the integrity and usability of the data, whilst supporting and upskilling suppliers in the process.
Who are the data users?
Ecodesk provides data for whoever needs it, from ESG managers, Heads of Sustainability, Procurement, EHS&S departments. Whether it be for internal or external reporting requirements, gathering data for SBT’s, CDP, compliance, certification or to measure against company goals and targets.
What is the cost for your data offering?
The cost for our service is an annual subscription fee, which is calculated by the number of responders to the SAQ and the number of questions within the SAQ. It’s a value-in-use model, so the more responders you go out to, the lower the cost per responder. Ultimately, you only pay for the data you want to gather, from the responders selected by you. If you want to increase the size of the SAQ or the number of responders then this can be done at any time. The platform is scalable, and can manage SAQ responses from 10 responders up to thousands.
