Airlines welcome EU ETS pause, but US Congress presses on

Airlines have welcomed the European Commission's call to halt enforcement of emissions targets on international aviation – but US legislators have vowed to press ahead with a bill to force US airlines to defy EU law and not comply with its emissions trading system (ETS).
