Amalthea offers a next-generation ESG data infrastructure powered by its proprietary MCP (Model-Connected Protocol). This protocol allows asset managers, institutional investors, and ESG analysts to access, query and activate high-quality ESG datasets through natural language interfaces and AI copilots (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
The MCP protocol eliminates the limitations of traditional SaaS ESG platforms by offering:

Data ingestion is automated via APIs, CSV/XML pipelines or scraping for public datasets. Each data point is tagged for traceability, classification, and version control within the MCP standard. The resulting Golden Source supports portfolio-wide diagnostics and model-driven reporting.
Every data point — whether Scope 1 emissions or biodiversity exposure — is traceable by source, timestamp, and transformation history, ensuring full transparency and reducing greenwashing risks.
