Brief description of the data offering
TransitionArc is an open-access platform developed by Arc to help financial institutions, companies and policymakers assess corporate transition alignment against climate goals.
The platform brings together fragmented climate datasets, methodologies and frameworks into a transparent, science-based and comparable reference point for corporate transition analysis. TransitionArc provides assessments across multiple transition dimensions including emissions, targets, capital allocation, governance, policy engagement, solutions and supply chain indicators.
TransitionArc is designed to support decision-useful climate analysis across sectors and geographies, helping users better understand “what good looks like” for credible corporate transition progress.
TransitionArc is available via web interface, API and Snowflake integration.
Where and how do you source your data?
TransitionArc integrates and translates climate-related datasets, methodologies and frameworks from a range of global and local partners into a shared analytical infrastructure.
The platform draws on data and insights from organisations including TPI, WBA, InfluenceMap, Corporate Knights, Carbon Tracker, Global Canopy, SBTi, ICCT, CDP, FAIRR, and Climate Finance Hub Brazil, among others.
Arc combines these external datasets with science-based pathways, sector methodologies and internally developed assessment frameworks to create transparent and comparable corporate transition analysis.
TransitionArc also incorporates localised transition pathways in selected geographies, including work underway in Brazil, Australia and across the G20.
What is the cost for your data offering?
TransitionArc web interface access is available free of charge as a public-good resource.
Full programmatic access via API and Snowflake integration is available for financial institutions through a paid enterprise offering, typically priced between US$30,000–50,000 depending on institution size. Programmatic access is free for non-profit organisations.
The fee structure supports service provision, infrastructure maintenance and continued development of Arc’s shared transition and resilience infrastructure.
