Brief description of the data offering

Where suitable criteria exist or can be developed, Futurepast will provide verification opinions on ESG data contained in responsible party statements. Verification opinions may be used for management purposes, public disclosure, and demonstration to regulatory bodies that required attestation services have been obtained. Where the data contained in statements is historical, Futurepast may offer verification at either the reasonable or limited levels of assurance. Futurepast operates in North America and selected economies worldwide.

Where and how do you source your data?

Futurepast verifies ESG data contained in statements made by responsible parties where management assumes responsibility for the accuracy of those statements. Data may be historical, projected, or forecast. Where data are projected or forecast, limited assurance may be provided on the reasonable basis for the projections or forecasts. Certain statements such as marketing claims that cannot be substantiated by reference to ESG data (such as “our products are the greenest available on the market”) will be excluded from the scope of verification.

What is the cost for your data offering?

Our services are priced on a time and materials basis with estimated time based on the nature, complexity and extent of the ESG statements made.
