Brief description of the data offering

Horizon can gather, verify and provide Performance Improvement Plans for your suppliers. Our platform offers great flexibility to customise the questions to meet your data requirements. Importantly, there are no fees for the responders/suppliers, making it easy to onboard with the platform and complete your request. Questions can be both quantitative or qualitative, with maturity-based response options, plus the ability to upload supporting documentation or URLs. Your dedicated Program Manager will follow up and upskilling responders where required, to get you the highest response rate. Our clients receive on average an 80% completion rate and generally higher the more years we work with them. With more data, you can report more accurately and make better informed ESG decisions.

Where and how do you source your data?

All the data comes from the primary source, the responder or supplier. The platform is used by the responder (a supplier or site) to complete their data and respond to the questions selected by the client. All the data and any supporting documentation is available to view online by the client at any time. From the moment the survey goes live, the client has access to view the status of  each responder. Clients can view the aggregated data and analysis via their dashboard, as well as individual suppliers/responders scorecards and responses. They can also export the data to work offline, do their own analysis or to use as part of internal or external reports.

What is the cost for your data offering?

The pricing is a value-in-use model, where the more suppliers/responders you go out to the lower the cost per supplier/responder. The fee is calculated by the number of questions you want in your survey and the number of suppliers/responders you want to complete the survey. Therefore, you only pay for the data that you want to collect.

The Performance Improvement Plans for each supplier/responder are optional. The fee is also based on the number of questions and the number of suppliers/responder. This calculates the time required for the Program Manager to put together each supplier/responder plan, with relevant actions, based on the responses they provided.
