Equileap’s proprietary Gender Equality Scorecard™ is the methodology used to holistically assess a company’s gender equality performance, from the board to the supply chain. Where and how do you source your data?
Equileap has implemented a clearly documented, rules-based data collection and assessment process. The Equileap research team conducts its research by assessing publicly available information such as corporate sustainability reports, annual reports, filings, company websites etc. The team also tracks gender-related controversies. Assessments undergo a rigorous quality assurance process including peer review. In addition, companies are given the opportunity to directly engage with analysts during the annual research update and are invited to review a data validation report.
