The information can be exported and PRI signatories can also pre-declare their voting intentions. The Database increases transparency over ESG votes during proxy season and facilitates greater investor engagement.

Data is compiled from NGOs and directly from company proxy statements. Voting results are sourced primary from the SEC EDGAR database.
