Where and how do you source your data?
Corporate emissions data is derived from disparate activities across the value chain. SustainaBase works with our customers to identify where this data lies in existing systems and evaluates the most efficient method of capturing it. Sources include various ERP, CRM, fleet management, utility systems and more. Data can be provided through an API integration, structured report, or PDF. Where data is not available, SustainaBase can source public benchmarks to create proxy evaluations to help prioritize improved collection in the future. Emissions factors are sourced from a variety of public resources including the EPA and DEFRA but can be customized as needed to accurately reflect your company’s products and processes.
