ECB 'will draw on full supervisory toolkit' to correct banks' climate risk mismanagement
30 April 2021The European Central Bank (ECB) has placed Eurozone banks on notice that, where it sees that they "are not managing their exposures to climate-related risks in an adequate manner, we can and will draw on the full supervisory toolkit at our disposal to correct that situation".

German court backs 'globally remarkable' climate law complaint
