BlackRock launches low-carbon ESG funds for UK pension schemes
18 July 2019The world’s largest asset manager, BlackRock, has launched two new environmental, social and governance (ESG) themed authorised contractual scheme (ACS) funds that aims to reduce the carbon exposure of their portfolios by 50%, compared with their parent index. The funds were launched as a response to growing demand from UK pension schemes, BlackRock said.
