BP 'raises questions' with pledge to be 'net zero' by 2050

The new CEO of oil and gas giant BP has released, to great fanfare, a pledge to make the company net zero by 2050 - but NGOs dismissed it as "cynical" and one investor said it "raises a number of questions".
