COP26 draft agreement 'needs more ambition'

A draft agreement thrashed out at COP26 has been praised for committing to phase out coal and subsidies for fossil fuels, but was lambasted for failing to scale up climate finance to the most vulnerable countries, and was accused of an overall lack of ambition.
