'Creating green bond markets' resource page launched

Environmental Finance in partnership with the IFC and the Green Bond Technical Assistance Programme (GB-TAP) has launched a resource page entitled Creating Green Bond Markets with information on forthcoming webinars, case studies, training programmes and research reports.

Free-to-view on the page is the Green Bond Funds – Impact Reporting Practices 2020 report which was created by Environmental Finance and supported by the IFC and GB-TAP. The report focuses on current fund-level reporting practices and green bond fund investor expectations.

The results of the report will also be discussed on a webinar on 3 February 2021 and will seek to demonstrate how issuers and investors can approach impact reporting in a rigorous, consistent, and effective manner. This is the first in a new Environmental Finance and IFC webinar series that will be hosted in 2021.

GB-TAP is a multi-donor programme managed by IFC and is implemented in partnership with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland, SECO; the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, SIDA; and the Ministry of Finance of Luxembourg. GB-TAP aims to stimulate the supply of green bonds in emerging markets.
