Danish FSA preparing supervisory action on 'greenwashing' funds

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) is planning to start actions against firms under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) in 2021, but has made it clear it will be a "transition" year for the anti-'greenwashing' rules.
