ECB bond buying climate tilt faces 'restrictions' in energy sector, says SEB

The options for the European Central Bank (ECB) to tilt away from carbon intensive issuers in its trillion-euro corporate bond buying programme are "particularly restricted" in the energy sector, according to a study of the central bank's proposed climate scoring system.
