ECB climate scores another sign of rising liability risk, says law firm

The decision by the European Central Bank (ECB) to tilt its corporate bond purchases toward issuers with better climate 'scores' is part of a wider shift to tighter climate rules - which in turn points to rising liability risk, a law firm has said.
