MSCI, Citigroup and UNEP FI speakers confirmed for water conference

Representatives from the London Stock Exchange, MSCI, Citigroup, Amundi, Environmental Agency Pension Fund, UNEP FI, SABMiller and the University of Oxford have joined the list of speakers confirmed to appear at Environmental Finance's Water: Risk, Opportunity and Sustainability conference in London.

Citi's head of environmental and social risk management Courtney Lowrance will join Yannick Motz project manager for economic development and employment at GIZ and Anders Nordheim, head of ecosystems management and sustainable land use at UNEP-FI to discuss the future of water security, water stress management and business continuity.

The Environmental Agency Pension Fund's chief responsible investment and risk officer Faith Ward, Actiam's active ownership specialist Kristel Verhoef and Sarika Goel, responsible investment manager of research at Mercer Investments will give an institutional investor perspective on managing water risk in the portfolio.

Other panel discussions and presentations will address building water resilience in developing countries, water reporting methodologies, water utilities and infrastructure.
