New Forests to acquire 170,000-acre US forest for pension funds

Australian forestry investment manager New Forests has agreed to acquire a 170,000-acre timberlands estate in California from woods products company Roseburg Resources for an undisclosed value on behalf of two unnamed European and North American pension funds.
