The winners of Environmental Finance's annual Sustainable Investment Awards 2025 have been announced.
This year's awards honour investors and other players in the market who have been leaders in the field of sustainable finance.
The winners were selected across more than 60 categories by a panel of independent judges made up of industry experts.
Highlights include:
- Personality of the year went to Nana Skari Maidugu, Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority's (NSIA) first head of sustainability and ESG, for her role in embedding sustainability at the heart of one of Africa's most influential sovereign wealth funds. NSIA also won Sovereign wealth fund of the year.
- BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group, one of the world's largest timber managers, won four awards, while Canada's Stonebridge Financial topped three categories.
- Climate Asset Management won two awards, including investment leader of the year for investment director Tripurari Prasad.
