Lithuanian state firm issues first Nasdaq-listed 'defence bond'

Lithuanian state-owned investment firm Valstybės Investicinis Kapitalas (VIK) has raised €25 million ($29 million) from the first 'defence bond' issued under the Nasdaq Europe defence bond framework criteria.
