'Comply or explain' UK transition plan rules would not represent a cop-out, says ABI

Allowing companies to 'comply or explain' why they have not met transition plan disclosure rules would not mean the UK government would be giving them a free pass to avoid climate accountability, according to an executive at the Association of British Insurers (ABI).
