New Zealand businesses told to avoid obscuring material information by regulator

Financial institutions and corporates in New Zealand have been told to improve reporting in several areas, including to "avoid obscuring material information" by providing reports that are too long or too short, in a review of disclosures by the Financial Markets Authority .
