Telecom Namibia secures NAD405m social loan

Government-owned Telecom Namibia has signed a NAD405 million ($24 million) social loan with the Namibian arm of Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) to invest in modernising its infrastructure and reduce the "digital divide" between urban and rural communities in the southern African country.
