EU-US regulatory divergence points to 'chaotic transition', says T Rowe Price

The US repeal of the central legal foundation for federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions, and concurrent regulatory changes in the EU point to "a chaotic transition" ahead, one of the world's largest asset managers has warned.
