Green bond issuers 'need to know what counts' as climate adaptation investment

For more climate adaptation and resilience investments to feature in green bond transactions there is a need for taxonomies to be developed and public issuers to come to the market, according to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
