Curbing reach of CSDDD may be part of US trade negotiations, says Chamber of Commerce

US President Donald Trump is concerned at the "extra-territorial" reach of the EU's sustainability due diligence rules, and the US may use trade negotiations with the bloc to try to reduce its scope, according to a senior official at the US Chamber of Commerce.
