Greencoat invests £452m in UK wind assets, plans equity raise

Greencoat UK Wind, a specialist infrastructure asset manager, has paid £452 million ($590 million) for a 35.5% stake in two Scottish wind farms and announced plans to raise up to £131 million from a placing of new shares.
